Inventory has been very low and while it’s still not plentiful it has slightly increased in the last three months. Homes that are going under contract quickly have similar characteristics; they show well, are priced according to the market, and are easy for agents to show to their buyers. Hiring the right agent to guide you through your sale remains an important factor to sell for the highest price and in the shortest time possible.
