The Amberleigh neighborhood is located in Alexandria off of Beulah Road. The tree lined streets provide a peaceful setting and privacy all while being just 5 minutes from popular Kingstowne. Amberleigh consists of 502 townhomes; the homes were constructed between 1981 and 1988. There are six different models; Ashleigh, Oakleigh, Ridgeleigh, Stoneleigh, Timberleigh, and Woodleigh. Homes in the neighborhood range from 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 full baths. Residents enjoy exclusive use of basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. There are multiple tot lots throughout the Amberleigh subdivision and an active neighborhood association puts on events throughout the year for the community. Amberleigh Park gives residents access to walking trails through a peaceful wooded area.
It's an easy commute to Fort Belvoir and residents will find access to 395, 495, and 95 are all nearby. The Springfield Transportation center is also just minutes away and home to Franconia-Springfield metro (blue line), VRE, Amtrak, and Greyhound. Kingstowne has many retail, dining, and entertainment options including; Kingstowne 16 Movie Theater, Top Golf, Pasara Thai, East Moon Bistro, Home Goods, World Market, TJ Maxx, La Madeline. Hilltop Village Center is within walking distance of the community and home to the new Wegman’s and Green Turtle. LA Fitness, Burtons Grill, Sola Salon, Verizon, and many other retailers are also located in the Hilltop Village Center.
